Returns & Craftsmanship Guarantee

Made-to-Order Policy

Every belt and wallet from Benson Leather Goods is handmade to order in our Michigan workshop. Because each piece is cut to your exact measurements, we are unable to accept returns for sizing errors. Please measure carefully before ordering and refer to our sizing guide included with each product listing.

Defects & Craftsmanship Issues

If your item arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at bensonleathergoods@gmail.com and we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

10-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Every Benson Leather Goods belt and wallet is covered by a 10-year craftsmanship guarantee against defects in construction and materials.

To make a claim under this guarantee:

• Contact us at bensonleathergoods@gmail.com with a description and photos of the issue.
• All claims are subject to review and must be approved by Benson Leather Goods before any repair or replacement is issued.
• We will assess each claim individually and respond within 5 business days.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, improper care, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by anyone other than Benson Leather Goods.
